KHATIZA VAN SAVAGE - Founder of AsiaBizInsight, a consortium of professionals for collective impact and wider reach among sectors. Khatiza is an Organizational Learning and Development Consultant specializing in the design of Insight and Knowledge processes which support business and people development in alignment with strategic goals and objectives.  Her custom designed Process Model has been applied in consulting services to diverse industries in the Asia Pacific region. Khatiza began her career in the Hotel and Airline Industy and soon recognised that for any organization to be sustainable, leaders must be developed at every level. She has lived and worked in Guam - USA, Japan, Philippines and Singapore.  She received her tertiary education in her native country, India and advanced education at the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines and George Washington University, USA.  In Asia, she is based in Singapore and in the US, in Virginia.

Dr. VERONICA CZITROM does statistical training and consulting worldwide for performance improvement,, including technical training for Six Sigma programs.  She has worked as an industrial statistician, has lectured at universities and published technical papers for reference journals and authored several of her own books.  She obtained a PhD in Mathematics with concentration in Statistics from the University of Texas in Austin, a BA in Physics and an MA in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. She was elected a Fellow of the American Statistical Assoication. She is a Senior Member of the American Soceity of Quality. She was promoted to Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies and received several awards for establishing a Mentorship program and for leadership in the women's group and other diversity initiatives.  She currently resides in Singapore.

ROSHAN MASSEY - Roshan brings more than 17 years of technology management and consulting experience in which he has led teams through the development and implementation of global enterprise applications. He has conducted outsourcing-related engagements in India, the Philippines, and Southeast Asia. His global enterprise solutions experience has involved work in Asia, Australia, and the United States, and his clients have included major global corporations such as General Motors. His manufacturing and distribution systems experience has involved work on major ERP systems such as Oracle, QAD, and Fujitsu Glovia. Roshan was a co-founder of a high technology company that developed the ADAGE ERP system, and he was instrumental in selling ADAGE to Philadelphia-based SCT. Roshan was educated in India, England, and Australia and is currently based in Jacksonville, Florida.

CARLA FORBES KELLY - Carla is a fundraising database systems and financial management consultant.  Working with a variety of clients to streamline their use of fundraising software, Carla has successfully designed and managed projects to clean and reconfigure existing fundraising databases, evaluate organizational procedures and systems, and conduct staff training.  As a financial management consultant, Forbes-Kelly works with non-profit organizations to design effective charts of accounts, develop financial controls to satisfy both audit and board requirements, and train staff in the use of bookkeeping software.  Her background in fundraising and accounting makes her uniquely qualified to work with organizations to effectively integrate their development and finance departments, reducing duplication and increasing the accuracy of financial information from fundraising activities.  Carla is currently President of the Friends of the Museum - Singapore,  a non profit organization which produces educational programs to enhance the public's knowledge of Asian history, culture and art.
